Mesclun mix tossed with honey mustard, walnuts and sliced apple.

Mozzarella avocado,
Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado drizzled with olive oil

Calamari Saltati
Sautéed squid with fresh spinach, garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon jus

Mushrooms crabmeat
Stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat

Second:

Lamb shank
Braised lamb shank with vegetables in red wine reduction, served with rosemary mashed potatoes

Red Snapper
Fresh filet sautéed with artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes

Pollo alla Valdostana
Chicken breast rolled over spinach and ricotta cheese in lemon capers sauce.

Pasta Di Stagioni
Whole wheat penne tossed with fresh vegetables in marinara sauce.

Third:

Chocolate Fondant cake
Served with vanilla iced cream and toasted almonds

Tiramisu
Lady fingers soaked in espresso and Kahlua, layered with mascarpone cheese

Cheese Cake
Cream cheese based cake with fresh berries

Exotic Bomba
Mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbet coated in white chocolate
